Graduation Action Plan (GAP)

As Associates develop Graduate Action Plans, staff will assist them in choosing which training and certifications to complete outside of their vocational program to maximize their skills and enhance their resumes, with the goal of placement by graduation in a job, school, or the military. Our Placement Team stays in touch with Associates throughout their post-residential year to check in and offer as-needed support towards reaching their GAP goals.
