Sooner Job ChalleNGe is a leadership and CareerTech program available to eligible graduates of the Thunderbird ChalleNGe Program. At SJC, Associates have the opportunity to receive tuition-free career training and credentialing while building on the life skills they began to develop as Thunderbird Cadets.
