Giving Back, Growing Forward
Our goal is to build a character of accountability and servant leadership in our Associates, while giving back to the community that supports us. We partner with a variety of community organizations, and each Associate is required to complete 20 hours of community service to graduate from our program.
We want our Associates to experience the power of working for the greater good, while being a model of good citizenship for their families, communities, and the world we live in.

Projects must be with non-profit organizations and community groups.
